David Flanagan- Dockside Cleaning Co.
David attended Stephen F. Austin State University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. After college, he went to work for Farmers Insurance Group, selling home, auto, and life insurance. David worked for five years in the insurance business before being presented with the opportunity to purchase a small family business selling masonry supplies. After doing some market research for growth opportunity, David decided to purchase Material Services in July 1996, a concrete business that he has owned and operated for the past 22 years. He currently lives in the Clear Lake area with his wife Kim Flanagan, and his two kids, Corey and Avery. David has served as a mentor in the INCubator class from the inception of the program in 2017. In 2022, he mentored the LSA Pitch Night Champion group "South Brew". The group not only won the LSA Pitch Night competition, but went on to finish in the top 16 of the National Pitch contest.
